1. Our Commitment

Uncle Rental is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). As a social platform operating in Hong Kong, we maintain published standards against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or other forms of sexual exploitation of children. We comply with applicable child safety laws in Hong Kong SAR and internationally, including relevant provisions under Hong Kong law and frameworks such as COPPA and GDPR where applicable.

2. Age Restriction

  • Our platform is strictly for users aged 21 and over. We do not allow anyone under 21 to create an account or use our services.
  • Age verification is required during sign-up. Users must provide a valid date of birth, and accounts for users under 21 are not permitted.
  • We enforce this age requirement at registration and reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to belong to a user under 21.

3. In-App Reporting for Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns directly in the app:

  • Report button on every uncle profile page (舉報 / Report)
  • Report reasons include "Child safety concern" (兒童安全相關) as a dedicated option, plus other categories such as inappropriate content, harassment, scam, fake profile, and other
  • Reports are reviewed by our team and escalated to authorities when required
  • All reports are stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy

How to report:

  1. Open any uncle profile
  2. Tap "舉報" / "Report"
  3. Select "Child safety concern" (兒童安全相關) or the most appropriate reason
  4. Add details (optional)
  5. Submit – our team will review and act in accordance with our policies and the law

4. Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

  • Uncle Rental complies with all relevant child safety laws in Hong Kong SAR and will report to regional and national authorities when required.
  • If we become aware of content or conduct that may involve child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), we will:
    • Investigate promptly
    • Remove any violating content
    • Suspend or terminate relevant accounts
    • Report to the relevant authorities, including the Hong Kong Police and, where appropriate, international bodies such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) or equivalent bodies

6. Content Moderation and Prevention

  • We moderate user-generated content and profiles
  • Profiles and photos are reviewed during the uncle approval process
  • We use reporting tools and admin review to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
  • We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate our safety policies
